Covid-19

The health and safety of our tenants and managers has been our top priority throughout the pandemic:

We have closely and consistently followed guidelines recommended by the CDC and the State of Michigan for our type of business and risk levels.  

• At the present time, we allow one customer in the office at a time. Both customer and manager are to wear face coverings and maintain social distancing.

In the presence of other people, face coverings are strongly recommended in and around the facility for guests and managers who are not fully vaccinated. We continue to engage in increased safety and cleaning measures, including social distancing, throughout our facility.

We continue to promote expanded safety, social distancing and cleaning routines, including:

• Disinfecting and cleaning our site throughout the day, focusing on high touch areas like keypads and door handles.
• Providing hand sanitizer for our guests in the office.
• Providing managers with face masks and, when needed, gloves.
• Strongly recommending face coverings for unvaccinated guests and managers.
