FAQs

When can I get access to my belongings?
Our facility access hours are 7 days a week from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.   Managers are on duty from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 9:00 am to Noon.

When is my payment due?
Your payment is due on the same day each month per the lease start date.  If moving out, you are paid through the day before the lease start date.  You may call our office to confirm your account status at 734-662-3700.

Do you take credit cards?
Yes.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as well as debit cards.

How can I make a payment?
Payments can be processed in person, by mail, by phone, or via our 24/7 drop-box. You can arrange to have your payment automatically charged to your credit card for maximum convenience. Please ask your store manager about this feature.

Do you provide a mover?
We have formed relationships with a number of reputable movers to assist with the transportation of your goods into storage.  Ask our managers for a referral for the best rates.

I need to move in outside of your office hours, can you accommodate me?
Yes.  We make appointments for move-ins during evenings or weekends with prior notice.  Contact our mangers to make arrangements.

What happens if I get an Auction Notice?
If you receive an Auction Notice it will be by First Class Mail or email. It is important that you keep us informed of your current address if it has changed since your move-in. Accounts in later stages of a foreclosure sale are listed exclusively at StorageTreasures.com You are always welcome to contact our office by phone to clarify your account status.
