COVID-19
We are adapting our operations to comply with health guidelines. We appreciate your business and your patience, and you have our promise to resolve any issues or concerns that you may have.

Office Hours
Office Hours have been suspended to promote social distancing. Most routine matters can be handled online.

Payments
Please use these methods instead of coming to our office:
1. Online at our website or by phone
2. By US mail
3. At our office drop-box, on the front porch

New Rentals
To rent a unit, check our available inventory on our website, then reserve the unit. Contact us by phone or email to make an appointment. At the time of move-in, we are asking that only one customer be in our office at a time.

All Other
All other issues or concerns are case-by-case, please contact us by email or phone. If you leave a message, we will return your call.

Our Commitment
We have redoubled our efforts to maintain the property by cleaning high touch surfaces like keypads and door handles multiple times per day. Our managers are on site daily, as usual, to keep things running smoothly.



When can I get access to my belongings?
Our facility access hours are 7 days a week from 7:00am to 9:00pm. Managers on duty from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 9:00am to Noon.

When is my payment due?

Your payment is due on the same day each month per the lease start date. If moving out, you are paid through the day before the lease start date. You may call our office to confirm your account status at 734-662-3700.

Do you take credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as well as debit cards.

How can I make a payment?

Payments can be processed in person, by mail, by phone, or via our 24/7 drop-box. You can arrange to have your payment automatically charged to your credit card for maximum convenience. Please ask your store manager about this feature.

Do you provide a mover?
We have formed relationships with a number of reputable movers to assist with the transportation of your goods into storage. Ask our managers for a referral for the best rates.

I need to move in outside of your office hours, can you accommodate me?
Yes. We make appointments for move-ins during evenings or weekends with prior notice. Contact our managers to make arrangements.

What happens if I get an Auction Notice?
If you receive an Auction Notice it will be by First Class Mail or email. It is important that you keep us informed or your current address if it has changed since your move-in. Accounts in later stages of a foreclosure sale are listed exclusively at StorageTreasures.com You are always welcome to contact our office by phone to clarify your account status.
